Today, we have completed the transaction to merge VPK’s core division Corex and Arteche’s Iberian businesses. Arteche is composed by the companies Papeleira Coreboard, Spiralpack and Cartangola, in Portugal, and Cicarsa, Embalpack and 3A Pack, in Spain, and is a leading player in the Iberian market.
